This was a real bear. He was up in New Jersey and had something wrong with his front paws so he walked upright. Everyone in the neighborhood knew him (He even had a name but I forget it) He didn’t bother anyone but some “Hunter” killed him with a bow and arrow. There was quite an uproar from the local people over this incident.

It does looks like its a human in a bear suit walking, because of how straight the back is. Maybe a real bear
