the only thing i thought of when i looked at the picture was…if someone was speeding and suddenly looked up and saw the law pointing a finger at them is they might suddenly put on the brakes and if some one was tailgating behind them it could lead to an accident…..the crotch never even crossed my line of vision till Chickmelion pointed it out…. they probably had quite a chuckle down at the Hampshire Police Station about that once SPOTTED….Lol
