I love this gal. She is one of the few people I would love to see in person. Thankfully, we always have YouTube when we need a Jeanne *fix*.
My husband does not say I mumble or speak too softly, but my son is forever saying, MOM, you talk too loud. In my house, there is no winning.
At least the old boy has hearing aids, not that they are that helpful. We have the oddest conversations. I will say something very simple and straight forward and the response I get is much like this conversation about the queen and rain.

My husband is hard of hearing but will not own up to it, The rain goes on,, made me laugh so much l have similar conversations with my husband he says l whisper!?
