Some of the girls look quite young. When you are young your skin has more elasticity and the flab doesn’t stay cuz the skin bounces back easier. I suspect the older women had some excess skin and flab surgically removed. Or there are ways of hiding it, like a body suit or wearing long sleeves. But, if I could lose 200 lbs like that one young lady, I think down would be last on my mind! However, I hear it can be quite uncomfortable. I have a genetic flaw that one symptom is I cannot lose weight very well. I have to practically starve myself. The most I ever lost was 70lbs, but gained it all back-because I started eating again. Lol. I’ll. keep trying, til then I work on accepting the best me I can be, now.
Jean H, I do agree with you. That is what I do. I weigh myself every day and if my weight starts creeping up I cut back on the cals. That is so much easier that waiting for the weight to add up then try to drop them. And I don’t think saying this is depressing. This kind of routine will keep you from getting depressed.
Thanks BEV. I do not want to discourage anyone from losing weight! I lost my Auntie from diabetis & about 300lbs when I was a kid & I will not forget that. I have no problem staying at 130 but was much smaller when I was younger also more active. LOL
