Good point, mrshowscan. My heart Dr. tells me if I lose some weight, I won’t have diabetes anymore. That should give me some incentive, right?! I need to lose at least 30lbs. Pray for me that I will be serious about doing this. If these ladies can do it, I can too.

Rebecca…I just found the site and have also subscribed to it! Just this morning my husband was saying that he had seen probiotic pills in a jar near the dairy section at the pharmacy. I know they are great for digestion and perhaps also for cleansing. Or do you think it’s better to send for the pills online, the ones you used?

    Thank you Rebecca:-)

Hi Jackie,I used strata flora sold by life enthusiast. Also drank the water they sell.Called wayback water. Also added the enzymes too.Everything works better.Do a google search for life enthusiast it should come up.Strata is a powerhouse probiotic.I know the maker personally and this guy knows nutrition. Also I went gluten free.Let me know if you cannot find it.Thanks.

Only one thing gets rid of that flab, that’s MUSCLE. You don’t have to
do a rigorous workout. Just do ISOMETRICS. I did this and firmed right up.
My flabby arms became solid and toned. The great thing was that Isometrics
cause no pain, no SOB, and can be done almost anywhere.

Sorry, SOB means Shortness of Breath in the medical world.

      Jean,

Please don’t take what Mary said, personally. She is depressed and I have also been there. Its like using food to fill an empty space inside you somewhere just like an alcoholic would use the drink. Some of US have a hard time losing weight for whatever reasons and if you are not accepting like I have become over the years, it hard for someone to hear how easy it is for someone else to stay thin.

And, Mary, I do sympathize, I’ve been battling my weight all my life as well as other addictions and it IS hard. Especially, when you over come other addictions. I mean, you don’t need alcohol or illicit drugs to survive and its easy (in a way) to stop them and forget. But, as humans we NEED to eat to survive and of you are struggling with depression or a medical problem, its hard. Oh, so hard. So thumbs up to those who can stay at a normal weight and those who have fought the battle and won. Pray for us who still struggle. (I will keep smiling, though 🙂 I have to.
