Absolutely agree about the talent of this group . . . fabulous and entertaining young performers.
And about the superfluousness of the no-talent Tyra Banks.
She adds nothing to the show. AGT would be improved
By either removing her entirely or explaining to her that she is NOT
The star and should be seen AND heard as little as possible!

Each of the judges and the presenter (who is Tyra Banks ) are allowed to vote one act each season (that means 1 out of about 100) four the ‘Golden Buzzer’. That means the act gets to skip the judging and a second audition and go straight through to the talent competition in Hollywood. The presenters job is not easy on this show because not all of the auditions go smoothly and many of them are just terrible. The presenter interviews before auditions back stage, presents to a live audience of about 7,0000 and a televised audience of 50,000,000 or more. She also gives moral support for the nervous ones and stays with the nervous parents side stage while their kids go out in to the spot light. She also is the first person to deal with the broken hearts and disappointed majority who don’t make it and come back off stage needing more encouragement than ever.
She is known for her exuberant personality and began her career as a super model then had huge success with her own talk show and one of the longest running reality tv shows around “America’s Next Top Model”. She has been very outspoken about body image in support of a healthier variety of colors, shapes and sizes in media.
On this occasion, besides the quick editing for TV which seemed to make the actual event much more frantic than it was, Tyra decided she wanted to award her’golden buzzer’ for this year to this group because she thought they were that good. It was a huge break for them and she helped them go down in history with her decision. I think she got a little panicked cause she had to get down to the buzzer in her 8″ heels and make sure they heard she was coming while still trying to maintain something of suspense for the moment. I don’t usually stick up for people like this but i know you’d like and appreciate her if you knew more of what’s going on.
