    #196 would definitely get someone in trouble. Most likely, a patrol car would show up at your door thinking someone was choking to death and also, you could be charged for the call as well as for any additional expenses for the dispatch. Don’t do anything that will tie up 911 when someone might need help for real. That is indeed a bad, bad one. Not just annoying, but dangerous.
