There are many missing toys we had, I was born 1927 and we had a lot that were not mentioned . Your knowledge is not complete at all. Research better would help.

its an interesting collection but it seems some of the “crazes” of those years got missed out completely. There’s a lot missing that took the kids world by storm. Where did the information come from? I think sales statistics would not agree in many places! On the positive side: thanks for the memories.

I had a Betsy Wetsy doll in the 40s. Give it a drink and it would wet.

The Nintendo gameboy textris game was my favorite in the 90’s. Toys has came along way! Now technology has advanced toys with power. So many new gadgets toys that are invented everyday. It is hard to keep up with all the different types of toys, now days. Is that the new hover board or skate board for 2015? I remember in the movie (Back to The Future part 2) I think, they actually went from the year of 1990 to 2015 in the movie, and it had the flat screen televisions, microwaves, push button unlock doors, 3D movies, the hover board, and etc. I think there is also a flying car now!?

Lots of toys during my life-time and they weren’t as accurate as the ones shown. I was born in 1932 and had a doll that I loved until my friend grabbed it from the pram I had and when I went to get her back it got dropped and her head smashed.l
That was in 1943 or thereabouts. I loved her so much and then I decided my dog (cocker spaniel called Jack) made an excellent baby for the pram and I dressed him in the doll’s clothes and wheeled him around – my friend was very jealous as she couldn’t snatch him away from me!
