Woman Drives on Sidewalk
Cleveland Metropolitan School District bus driver captured video of a female motorist driving on the sidewalk to avoid stopping for the bus loading and unloading children. The driver was caught on cell
phone camera Tuesday morning. Cleveland police released the driver’s name late Tuesday afternoon. She is 32-year-old Shena Hardin, of Cleveland. Hardin was not arrested, but cited for not stopping for the school bus. CMSD driver Uriah Herron is credited by supervisors for his quick thinking to nab the driver on camera. The driver’s sidewalk detours appear to be a daily occurrence. “We had a very
conscientious driver for 30 years. He really cares about his children and he took the extra step that this doesn’t happen again,” said CMSD Bus Manager Eric Taylor. The incident happened at East 38th Street between Superior and Payne Avenue.

I totally agree with you, Randy G., she felt she was above the law, and who cares if she hits or kills a child, just wanting to get where she wanted to go, with no care about anyone else. Too bad they didn’t arrest her.
If you caught the end of the show, a police car DID stop her.
Randy, they did stop her, but ONLY gave her a citation ~ AKA, a slap on the wrist. What’s to keep her from continuing to risk other peoples lives, since the “punishment” is basically NOTHING…………..
And what would have happen if there was a pedestrian on that sidwalk? Hmmmmm?

I would have laid out a 1 x 6 with nails in it . 4 flat tires would slow her down.
OMG we have so many strange people in the world. What out of no where a child ran out on the sidewalk riding a tricycle or just running out to play. How stupid, inconsiderate this woman is. I hope she got a hefty fine and a good tongue lashing. Good thing I wasn’t around to deal with this chick!
