   It’s not a real dog but a human dog with its mouth permanently opened and without a ‘static or non-moving tongue.

   The dog is clapping for seeing some obscenity. He used to think is a master of the game but realised he has a MASTER> Who is the master? Your guess is AS GOOD AS MINE.
