That guy should have more manners than that! You notice the people who answer the phone are very mild mannered but that guy was an absolute jerk!! Get over it!
I agree with all posters. He either had “too much egg nog” or needs a valium with anger management. What a stupid, stupid man. There are more important things in life to get on the phone and yell at someone about, this was just dumb. Arguing over TV programs, music, etc. Change the channel (s), or just turned everything off.
