It’s a sliced pink grapefruit. I think the baby is thinking, “hey mom, what the heck is this? I thought I was getting a fruit loop. Well, I got the fruit, and it knocked me for a loop.”
I’m with Randy, think it is grapefruit. When my youngest was a baby, he loved lemons and would make just the funniest faces while eating them. I’ve often wished I had a picture of him eating lemons. I even had one woman in a restuarant tell me I was being mean to let my baby eat anything sour. I showed her when I took it away that he would fuss until he got it back.

If that’s an orange it came off a hybrid tree so it was lemon on the inside.
