@Suzanna- yes, it was Lake Shore Drive. Thanks- I couldn’t think of that name when I responded to the post. It must have been terrifying for everyone involved. I’m not sure how this picture ended up in the “funniest photos”, other than the scene just looked surreal. I can imagine it probably was though… surreal.
