I met a dude in Florida about three years ago..he was a merchant marine. He was drunk out of his mind and said he was going to “work”. He was responsible for cargo ship inspections. There was a hurricane that was sweeping through the gold coast at the time. I wonder if this was one he inspected! True story!! This dude was a case in more ways than one!
