Lin, the black mold was removed thank God. There were three fire trucks, two police cars,paramedics and the Township Housing Authority Inspector was called in. I had contractors come in that tore out the walls and the window (caused by last years hurricane, which I was unaware of the water in the crawl space and walls.) It came in through the vents up to my bedroom. And black mold poisoning is dangerous. They only gave me two months to live. If the phone call from my friend didn’t come in, I probably wouldn’t be writing to you right now. I just learned the other day from my sister-in-law in the Carolina’s that her son found white mold in her studio. That was a shock to me because I really didn’t know anything about mold…knew about mildew which I’m allergic to. But the detoxification from December 15th to January 9th and being in isolation in and out of consciousness and being in pain really did a job on me. However, I’m doing better now, as mentioned I met a wonderful man in the hospital and we are together. I have plenty of food and he takes care of me wonderfully. So never judge (this isn’t directed towards you), until you get all your facts together. Thank you everyone for believing in me, praying for me, and caring for me. Your support meant so much and it is showing now. God bless you all!
Sounds like all is looking up for you. Black mold can be a killer and has killed. I’m scared of molds. Did they get rid of that mold? Might have been better to move out of there.
