He did look sad, but also so sweet. He looked like he was looking right at me &saying, Please let me come out & play! My cat does that rubbing on glass too when she wants to come outside.

It is a perfectly contented little cat who is loved and well cared for. I agree with Ruby that the little cat is sweet, happy and very much loved. She is in the best place for her which is indoors and she wears a collar..
