it is not actually miniature cooking but its those miniature projects where they make mini stuff out of polymer clay and it looks very real! im learning it myself.
go search google for miniature food u will know what i mean.

no actually it’s notthe same concepts lik holding tha lense close2 ur fingers..
u can tell by the shawdows it’s either really is small or it’s made out of clay..
or does anyone remember that man that makes minitures out of dust particles?… it cud be that same concept

COMEON! All you have to do is take the picture of the stuff on the cutting board with your fingers up close to the camera. Like have you not seen pictures that look like someone is holding something hugh between thier fingers? Same concept. GOOD LAUGH!!!!!
