They should of helped the guy and horse by kindly getting the guy off the horse. He hit the ground hard!

Serves him right for drinking. I felt sorry for the horse, but not the man. They say drinking and driving don’t mix, neither does drinking and trying to ride a horse. Poor horse. I know the bit was hurting the poor thing’s mouth.
