What a sweet pooch. I wonder if the kitty could have been sick, or perhaps blind? On the other hand, maybe it was the animal version of “friends don’t let friends drive….or in this case, walk….drunk.”
I, too, wonder why the cat would allow the dog to get to it’s vulnerable tummy. The kitty didn’t appear to be unable to walk. As for the language, the only thing I could recognize was ici which in French means here. Seems the speaker was encouraging the dog to bring the cat here.

That was an awesome amount of trust on the cat’s part, and brains and stick-to-it determination on the dog’s part to bring the cat home. Well done!
