Some of these facts are true; I have read them in other reputable sources in the past, but Coca-Cola was never green. When I was a kid, the bottles were green but the syrup was based on a caramel mixture, so it was never green. It was originally bottled in Vicksburg, Mississippi. You can read it for yourself if you like at http://www.snopes.com/cokelore/green.asp. As for licking your elbow, logic should reveal to you that’s impossible.

Also, if you see an old movie where it looks like a couple is in bed together, the secret was they had to keep one foot on the floor–that was the secret. Otherwise, like Lucy and Desi, they had twin beds.

Being a senior citizen, I remember quite a few of these old things.

In 1886 a pharmacist Johm Pemberton stirred up a CARMEL colored liquid then carried it to Jacobs Pharmacy & mixed it with carbonated water. It sold for 5cents a glass. Because it was derived from coca leaves it had a bit of cocaine and caffeine so it gave people a lift for a day. I googled coca cola so I think this is true. Maby the green stuff was coke syrup which used for upset stomach. TA DAH!

Julius Caesar was never a king or an emporer. When Rome adopted a ruling emporer government they chose the name Caesar to designate their office out of respite for the assassinated leader.
