Hey Al, did it ever occur to you that even abusers smile at their victims?? I’m still taking a stand on this one…the child may be terrified because of possible physical abuse. I still don’t like this picture. If the doctor indeed was smiling, at least show the child/baby there is nothing to be afraid of, present the child/baby with a toy, a piece of candy, anything that would stop the baby from looking so frightened.
The baby looks terrified. I don’t like this picture at all. This baby, I hope I’m reading into this wrong, but it could have some physical abuse behind those frightened eyes. Please God, I hope I’m wrong!

Maybe the baby did something it shouldn’t & knew it & automatically went into time out….. Why would someone send in
an abusive shot??

Look closely at the photo, this baby is at the doctors office and the doctor is smiling!
