Depends on which way the shade is moving?
Wow it must be very hot there as most cats love to be on anything warm.
It looks to be in another country, so is most likely warmer there. They will find any kind of shade if too hot. It has been in the triple digits here for several days & our cats are not seen until late evening when it has cooled down some.
