This is what is called the manic phase. Some would say he’s behaving like a raving lunatic.
I’ve been in a snow thunder/lightning storm and it’s great and so strange….. but
I wouldn’t have had repeated outbursts so over the top even if I were on TV.
I would have done it maybe once …or for a good lightening burst maybe another time!
It’s great that he can be that happy about ANYTHING!
Normal people are boring.

Loved his passion!!!! We have thunder storms in winter in Georgia which just has been happening the last few years. The
sun is out, it’s pouring rain & thunder is clacking, scary….. Never heard of thunders now before this video….it’s all over TV
too. Talk shows, news stations, etc. Funny….

Hope he does not get stuck out there in the snow, because the snow is building up fast. May get some snow here in the South tomorrow.
