    This is a good video and exercise to do for the lower abdominals and back muscles. It is amazing how Lilly Ann is doing the half push ups properly with her Dad. It is always good to stretch after exercising. I’m about to start my exercise routine in few minutes. Lilly Ann inspires me. Lol!

    I just got back from an exercise class and the baby pushes herself up and moves her feet at the same time better than me. Absolutely adorable.
